Automotive Management Solutions Training Classes
We are continuing to offer our training sessions to assist you in getting the most return on your R.O. Writer investment. Learn/enhance skills you can apply in your business. Classes are held at our Training Center located at 118 Salem Towne Court, Apex, NC 27502. They are scheduled from 9-4pm with lunch included. We will call to get a copy of your data to use during training only. We offer three classes designed for both business owners and R.O. Writer users. Below is a brief description of each offering:Owners Only
Designed for business owners to look at the business in new and different ways. Drilling into the numbers to understand where you really are compared to other shop owners like yourself and making changes for improved profits, security, A/R and inventory control as well as speed and ease of use.

R.O. Writer Daily Users
The real meat and potatoes of what happens every day on your front counter. Getting the correct information quickly, managing the work in progress screen, estimating, ordering, A/R, A/P are only a few of the areas explored in this class. Each user will train on a computer loaded with your own shop's data.

Smart E-Cat
The fastest most profitable tool you will ever use. Learn how to setup and maintain Smart E-Cat, create Smart E-Jobs including specifications. Build or modify your Smart E-Jobs in class and take them back and use them the next day. We will provide flash drives for you so you can take your changes back to your shop.
