Terry opened an automotive repair shop in 1982 and grew it to 24 hours with 55 employees. He has taken those skills and helped shops across the country to improve their profits and processes.
In his spare time, Terry loves flying airplanes and scuba diving.

Andrea and her husband currently own an auto repair shop in Raleigh, which allows her to bring a unique perspective in helping her R. O. Writer customers become more successful in their businesses.
Andrea enjoys the outdoors and is currently training for her second triathalon which she will compete in this fall.

Scott's passion in his spare time is coaching his 2 sons, Brandon & Bronson, in baseball and basketball with local youth leagues.

Our qualified support technicians are experienced in helping you through difficult questions regarding general computing and networking, as well as complete support for R.O. Writer software (R.O. Mobile, Activant and other labor catalogues, electronic ordering, etc.) as well as best practices for inventory control, reporting, payables, receivables, and marketing.

Sue has been with R.O.Writer since Feb. 2005. She has been doing installation & training since 2000.
She enjoys traveling and meeting new people.One of the most exciting things she has done is taking a lap around Lowes Speedway at 150mph in Richard Petty's car.
