Installation:

It is difficult to change software systems and computerize your business. Some software companies are happy to mail you an installation CD and give you a user manual. You might or might not have any idea how to correctly load things, but that is not your job! Your job is running your business, getting customers in and out the door, and keeping everyone happy. Let us deal with setting everything up.

Each customer receives multi-day, on-site professional software installation and training--computer and networking setup optional--to make sure things run smoothly. Let us help make your transition as easy as possible. We make sure you're writing up tickets properly from Day 1 with one of our Support staff right there in your office to train you right the first time and answer any questions.

Training:

The longer you have any software system, the more focused you become on just the tools you use daily to do your job. You can lose focus on the larger aspects of the system. Hopefully you will hire more staff as your business grows. You can spend valuable hours interrupting your work flow each day training the new staff members, or you can let us do that for you.

Our experienced staff personally train and coach each of our automotive repair facility customers on the processes for successfully using our software, to rapidly realize a full return on your investment. We can spend 30 minutes to several hours, on the phone or in person, with your staff, giving veteran users a refresher course on R.O. Writer, as well as training new staff from the bottom up on the proper way to use the software and computers.
